    Nice interview! I definitely feel that there should be a mandatory 1-2 years of retail customer service work for everyone at some point, so we can all learn to deal with each other. Seems like Scott Allie thinks it might help too.

    “Sensitivity just explodes all over the place…” That sounds like either a strange super power or a strange adult video…you decide.
